Eriogonum latifolium rubescens Red Buckwheat This is a selection from the islands off of southern California. It is one of the showier natives with gray green foliage growing 1 foot tall, 2 foot spread and very attractive deep rose umbels 2 to 5 inches across all summer if dead headed.
