dwarf plumbago
This perennial wiry stemmed ground cover grows 6 to 12 inches high, and spreads 3 feet or more by underground stems. Intense blue, 1/2 inch flowers in fall contrast nicely with the red autumn foliage. Sun or part shade, drought and deer resistant. It will grow under pines. Can be cut to the ground each winter.
