Monterey farewell to spring

This annual wildflower blooms early to late summer and signals the end of spring. Vivid lavender pink flowers with a white center are borne on stalks one foot high and can be used as a cut flower. Sun or light shade, average to low water, they will self sow. Native to open meadows.
