Deschampsia caespitosa holciformis 'Marin', a long name for a small grass. This selection is unusually low growing, 2 to 3 inches high with a 1 foot spread, it will grow in salt and fresh marshes but can also survive with little summer water. A good choice for a small scale garden. Bay Area native.
